We are actively seeking skilled inspectors to enhance our dynamic field team. Air Ladder offers an outstanding opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded independent contractors ready to tackle diverse assignments. Join us in performing assessments on steep and high roofs, conducting thorough evaluations of exterior and interior damage. Step up and be a part of our mission!
Air Ladder specializes in assistance with ladders, drone operations, roof tarping, and appraisals. We work directly with independent adjusters, engineering firms, and insurance companies to ensure efficient claims management. Currently, Air Ladder is seeking 1099 independent subcontractors to provide accurate and unbiased home and commercial inspections.
Job requirements:
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying a minimum 32-foot ladder
- Ability to access and inspect steep and/or high roofs
- Essential to have an iPhone, iPad, or similar device for daily use.
- Proficiency in sketching and conducting roof measurements
- HAAG certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to complete inspection paperwork within 24 hours
- Experience in roofing and/or claims adjusting is advantageous, but not required
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to travel for deployment during catastrophic events
- Ability to accept assignments on short notice
